Physical Therapy
A physical therapist performs an assessment and provides treatments utilizing a variety of techniques including manual therapy, neuro-muscular re-education, therapeutic exercise in an effort to improve a client's functional movement and assisting a client in returning to their desired state of activity.
Run Coaching
A run coach collaborates with clients to create a training plan that meets the goals of the client as well as provides coaching on a variety of running related topics in an effort to facilitate an optimal running experience.
Running Gait Analysis
A comprehensive assessment including, but not limited to a running readiness assessment, loading assessment and 2-D treadmill gait analysis.
Strength Training
Strength training for runners is a sport-specific training program designed for all runners, regardless of age, ability. The program is focused on training for heavy loading, utilizing both home-based and gym-based equipment, built upon foundational lifting principles and targeting the tissues utilized in the sport of running. Strength training has been well researched and found to be one of the most effective injury prevention and performance enhancing modalities.
